I spoke with a recruiter about the job responsibilities and duties.
After about a week, I had a phone screen with the hiring manager.
The interview consisted mostly of behavioral questions. However, I noticed that despite my answers, the manager repeatedly looked displeased and back at my resume. I interpreted this as a clear sign.
This was the first time in my life I felt discriminated against due to my age.
I would advise against applying for positions here if you are not in your 20s. It's quite disheartening.
