First, there was an online assessment focused on a real-world Stripe-related problem. It was a three-part problem, each building upon the previous part. Generally, it involved parsing some string inputs and then doing some operations on them.
Next was a Team Screen Round, which involved a basic informal discussion along with a similar kind of problem to the OA.
Then there was a technical round and bug bash round, which were completely technical. We had to code up solutions to some real-world-related problems, again not that heavy on DSA concepts.
Finally, there was an HR round, which asked general HR-related questions.
