I applied online.
Do yourself a favor and use Python for their interviews... Java had me waste 15 mins on just setting up input. Plus, with the time limit, you're going to have a much easier time in Python. (The question itself is not difficult, but VERY long and detailed.)
The interviewer was really nice and helpful, though, which I appreciated, and I wish him all the best.
