* Decent comp and benefits.
Cons: * Total lack of direction.
* Not uncommon for people to wonder and regret why they joined within six months.
* Encourages people that are more "visible." So be ready to be backstabbed by your team since everyone is afraid to be fired.
* Toxic positivity.
* Tech debt up the wazoo. Even simple things become near impossible.
