Of all the companies I've interviewed with, Stripe probably has the nicest people and the interview process was very smooth. The questions asked during the interview were so simple that I was taken aback by how straightforward it was. Sadly, I stumbled over a minor problem during the phone interview and wasn't called for an onsite.

- Great culture
- Many Stripes I met are the kindest people I've ever known
Cons: Heavy emphasis on docs culture and process, which contributes to moving slow. Development tooling can't keep up with the growth of headcount within the tech org. It's hard to make simple changes.
