- Very little red tape.
- Good work-life balance, encouragement to take time off.
Cons: - We're still trying to figure out where process would be helpful.
- Everyone is so humble and down-to-earth that people are sometimes not recognized for doing great work.
- It looks like work-life balance is still pretty dependent on what team you're on.
