I applied to Stripe NYC through a referral on February 20, 2025. I heard back from a recruiter on February 21.

The entire process took 1.5 months and had three main parts:

1. Recruiter Screen: (About 20-30 minutes) This was to see what I was looking for in my next role. I heard back about next steps on the same day.

2. Technical Screen: (A week after the recruiter screen) This was not LeetCode style, but still a very fast-paced technical interview. I heard back about next steps a day later.

3. Virtual Onsite: (Consisting of 5 interviews) This was scheduled around 3 weeks after my technical screen.

   • Another technical screen (same as the technical interview step)
   • Bug bash
   • Integration
   • System Design
   • Behavioral with a hiring manager

I heard back around 5-6 days after my onsite that I passed. Around 2 weeks after that, I received the offer.
