Process
The interview process begins with a recruiter screen, followed by a phone interview and an onsite interview.
They have a practical approach to interviews, focusing more on engineering skills than data structures and algorithms. The phone interview starts with a simple problem, and they continue to build upon it. The only requirement is to pass all tests.
The onsite interview is structured as follows:
- System design
- Behavioral round with the Hiring Manager
- Finding and fixing a bug in a codebase
- Coding round involving HTTP requests
- Problem-solving
