Very comprehensive. The process included a phone screen, an initial coding interview, a written assignment, and then four back-to-back interviews.
Some guidelines were provided. The interviewers were overall very kind, passionate, and intelligent.
However, the recruiter was often hard to get ahold of and ultimately stopped returning my emails about providing post-interview feedback, despite offering that option.
