People are nice and the salary is good, especially the RSU.
- Management is terrible. They fire people for no reason and push new grads to burnout.
- All teams are understaffed, and this is sold as a good thing.
- There is a hidden expectation that you will be available at all times, and people send messages to you at random.
- Low diversity; most managers are white men.
Train your managers better.
