There's lots to learn, as it is fast-paced.
Work-life balance can be a concern.
The HackerRank assessment was very long and cluttered, consisting of three different steps. The testing of each step was almost impossible. In addition, it took forever to read and understand everything. The question itself was not difficult.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. Did an OA, one question, 1 hour, was tough because there were alot of variables involved in the question. Many states to keep track of. However the process was simple and straightforward.
First round OA, second round was the team screen which was fairly similar to the first round, and third round requires learning an unfamiliar codebase and working with APIs. Leetcode is probably not the best practice, however hash maps are big.
