Did a phone screen with the first recruiter and then a phone screen with the hiring manager. I was told he really liked me and wanted me to continue, but he also wanted me to apply for a position on another team.

I was handed off to a new recruiter and then didn't hear anything for almost three weeks. After I emailed them, I got a lame excuse and was set up for another interview with a different hiring manager. The interview seemed rushed, and then the next day, I got a "Dear John" rejection letter.

I'm not sure what happened here. I'm so mad at the lack of respect that I won't even use their product anymore.
