Extremely poor interview process. Coderpad kept freezing. The interviewer was not friendly. They did not know how to conduct a proper interview or ask key questions to be able to assess the proper leveling, coming from a seasoned dev. It seems like all titles are inflated. It's an ominous sign of things to come. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. STAY AWAY!!
