Interviewed for a Software Engineering position at Stubhub. They had reached out to me via LinkedIn, and we eventually connected.

The process was a bit slow compared to other companies. They have a strong rule about 'Senior SWEs require 6+ YOE'. Even though I am a senior engineer, I did not qualify for the Senior role here simply because of the YOE cap that they have. It feels pretty old-school to have such a rule.

I ended up withdrawing from the process because of this rule.

Behavioral questions: "Walk me through your projects." "What's the project you were most proud of?" etc.
