Pretty high base. Nice office with good views and snacks.
Lack of scale and interesting projects. No career advancement that applies to more senior folks. Toxic workplace culture, or lack of culture, because StubHub was acquired by viagogo and all people from original StubHub were thrown out when they merged two platforms. They also threw out original features StubHub had in 2019 and now are hiring engineers to reimplement those. People from viagogo have been around for many years and feel very protective of their legacy.
I applied online. The recruiter was highly unprofessional. During the time of the interview, the recruiter didn't join the call. I reached out to the recruiter to ask them to reschedule, yet when the time for the interview was over, I was sent an au
Good. I came across the position on Glassdoor. It was a more friendly interview. There was a recruiter call, and then a following hiring manager call. Later, I was contacted for a discussion with the team.
OA (pretty difficult, in my opinion) -> recruiter call asking about experience, etc. -> coding, not too bad. Fast process in my experience. If you know your DSA, OOP, and coding, etc., you'll do okay.
