The interview was very smooth. The direct manager asked straight to technical skills, which I was very impressed by and found professional. They also stated that I would need to do OT, which I didn't mind since it's a 'take-turn' arrangement.

Pros: Decent health benefits, and nothing else.
Cons: No 401k match, an extremely toxic environment, and management that will never have your back, never! Whether you worked 1 year or 30 years in the industry, you get 10 vacation and 5 sick days a year, which is totally old school! Work-life balance; forget that, as there is no such thing.

Cons: • Every company has its challenges.
• From my perspective, one possible challenge is that in a fast-growing company, processes may not always be fully mature yet.
• However, I think this also creates opportunities for improvement and innovation.
