The interviewers were supportive and honest about the work-life balance and agreed on the reviews here. I had a final call where I was told I was selected, but there was no offer for three months. I had to follow up myself all three months but never got an answer. It was quite a slacky process and unprofessional HR in NL, at least. They keep candidates waiting for long and hoping, when they should clearly state to proceed with other applications as nothing is sure until they offer.
