Requesting you to dont join this company
Senior Software Engineer • Current Employee

Pros: Warning: Avoid This Company
Prospective employees should be aware of the following:
* Unpaid Weekend Labor: Expect to work every weekend without any additional salary.
* Bogus Performance Reviews for Hike Denial: Despite working 12-hour days at client sites, requests for a salary hike are met with claims of underperformance, which are criticisms conveniently absent during regular work. Hike requests are consistently met with postponements or outright rejections based on fabricated reasons, and there are no proper clients also.
* Toxic Management & Zero Appreciation: The team offers no appreciation, and the management, especially "YA SA RA YA," is exceptionally poor.
Consider these points carefully before joining.
Cons: Don't join here; that is the CONS.
