Pros: - Culture is built around great people, everyone I've met at the company is an awesome human being. - Management is a delight to work with - Huge focus on winning as a team

Cons: - Sometimes organizational friction can make projects move a bit slowly (regular at larger companies) - Not a whole lot else

Pros: - Good comp (less true after the Salesforce acquisition) - Good work/life balance

Cons: - Out-of-control politics due to a tolerance of jerks and managers who (following the example of top executives) are willing to listen to employees, but think their responsibility ends with listening - Lots of bureaucracy, especially since the acquisition - Inconsistent employee quality since they don't seem to fire anyone. This is especially true for employees with longer tenures since compensation plummets once the initial stock grant has vested, so most competent folks leave at that point - Hypocrisy from upper management, who seem to believe that company values are only for rank-and-file employees

Pros: The people are very nice and it's a fun environment

Cons: Coasting and incompetency due to rewarding all levels of performance the same (very minor discrepancies) is a bit of a problem.
