I applied via employee referral. The recruiter missed our initial scheduled call with no heads-up or follow-up email afterward.
After our phone call proceeded, the recruiter originally said he'd get back to me by the end of the week, but I never heard back. I didn't receive even a generic or automated rejection letter, despite sending him an email to follow up.
This demonstrates a complete lack of respect for candidate time, or perhaps a general disregard for candidates.
