Good work-life balance! People were very nice. My manager helped me be more confident in my coding abilities.
Not best coding practices. I wish there were better documentation so that I could use less handholding for my project.
First, I took an OA (not too hard). Soon after, I had one interview, which consisted of back-to-back sessions: a 30-minute behavioral interview followed by a 45-minute coding interview with two different interviewers. Overall, the process was smooth.
1. Screening call with HR or Internal Recruiter 2. Interview with hiring manager 3. Writing Test (Engineering and Technical Interviews) 4. Final “Loop” Interview 5. Hiring Meeting 6. Offer Meeting 7. Reference Check
I submitted my resume through a LinkedIn job posting. I immediately received a response from a Tableau/SFDC recruiter. I met with the hiring manager to determine there was a mutual fit. I then went through four rounds of interviews. Another call
