I met a campus recruiter at a career fair at my university.

I was then called in for an interview at the local store, which consisted of five scenario/behavioral questions with the store manager. I was told to fill out an online application.

A few weeks later, I was called for another interview at a different store. This interview was with three people, and I answered behavioral questions.

Two weeks after that, I received a phone call informing me that I would have an interview with the DTL in January.
