Process
I applied online and a week later was contacted by a regional recruiter. We had two phone conversations, lasting anywhere from 30-45 minutes each, depending on your answers. I was then asked to do an online assessment that takes a little more than an hour. After that, I had an interview with three people and was not offered the position. The interview was fairly common to most interviews I had in the past... What's your weakness, strength, tell me of a time when..., etc.
