I got in contact with Target regarding their interview process early in September, at a college career fair. I had my initial interview the very next day. I then had to fill out the online assessment, which was really hard! A calculator and critical thinking were definitely needed. A month later, I had a phone interview. One week later, I had the in-person interview with a district team leader.
I think the hardest part of the interview process was that they didn't really get a chance to know me and hear why I wanted to work there. Each interview had only five questions, and all were situational.
