Pros: Benefits, both traditional and less traditional (free food, flexibility, etc.), positive environment, chances for growth and change, potential for transfer.
Cons: ETLs are held to incredibly high standards, yet they are not valued for their contributions. As the company does more and more to care for team members, team leaders, and other roles (which is great and far above industry competitors!), they do the reverse to ETLs, expecting more of them while treating them worse. They have worked to minimize compensation offers, minimize raises, and lower bonuses.
