Process
The first set of interviews was with multiple store managers.
There were 3 rounds, lasting around 45 minutes each. One person asked the questions, and the other wrote down the answers.
Each interview included a total of 4 questions. These were mostly situational, so be prepared to elaborate.
Once you passed this stage, you met with an HR district-level person and a business partner. These questions were more off-the-cuff than formal.
