I interviewed with two different ETLs, almost all behavioral questions. The interviews were conducted several weeks apart.

Pros: Really cared for my team and felt cared about. Fun, dynamic environment. Never know what you'll deal with on a day-to-day basis.
Cons: The workload can be very demanding. Target makes company decisions on a macro level, which can lead to long hours and a poor work-life balance.
