Process

I met with an STL at a local store, followed by two phone interviews with two STLs. Next, I had a phone interview with a DTL, and then with HR.

All of my interviews were conducted over the phone. Everyone I spoke with was extremely nice and friendly, and they genuinely want you to succeed!

Prepare 7-10 leadership stories. These can be about a sport you played in high school or college, or a group project where you had to take charge.

Remember, becoming an ETL is about leading a group of individuals, so that's what they're looking to hear about! They are seeking positive, upbeat, and motivating individuals.
