Pros: It was a very fast-paced environment that allowed me to showcase my business knowledge and marketing skills. I established strong connections with the customers and staff.
Cons: The stores are typically staffed pretty thin and expect the employees to pick up the slack whenever corporate decides to randomly slash hours. This happens even with the better performing stores.
