* Diversity and inclusion
* Very supportive senior leadership.
* Very flexible schedule: less importance on how or when I get things done, as long as they are done in time and without blocking anyone else. This means I can adapt my schedule in a way that I am the most productive and happy.
* Great resources for data scientists
Cons: Target is a very large organization, so, understandably, things can move a little slow. Therefore, one may have to wait a little while before seeing their work having a business impact.
