Process
The interview process consisted of 6 rounds:
- One machine coding round
- Five 1-on-1 technical rounds.
These rounds primarily focused on current technologies and the use of Java and microservices. PSDS was also a topic in some rounds.
The HR round focused on determining if you were a good cultural fit. To clear the HR round, you need to have solid clarity on why you want to join Target and a clear understanding of yourself in general. In short, do not ignore the HR round; they are tough.
