Pros: Chill people, chilled working environment.

Cons: Very little to learn. Politics.

Pros: Some talented individuals on the team are trying their best. Opportunities to learn from peers if you can avoid the politics.

Cons: The Product Director, Raksha Natarajan, has no clear product vision, which often leads to confusion and misaligned priorities. Raksha Natarajan engages in unfair politics, favoring certain team members outside India while undermining others. Team morale is consistently low because of the way Raksha Natarajan humiliates team members in meetings, often making demeaning remarks instead of providing constructive feedback. The lack of leadership and vision from her has resulted in delays and inefficiencies, which are frustrating for those genuinely invested in the success of the organization.

Pros: Great work-life balance. Good pay and compensation. Free food.

Cons: Nothing I could think of.
