Process
I had a technical interview through GHC, followed by an onsite interview. The onsite included two managerial rounds, one of which involved pair programming on a shopping cart.
The pair programming experience was frustrating. I was not given control and had to literally dictate the lines of code. The expectation was for me to understand their codebase and then dictate the code to the interviewer.
