After submitting a resume to an HR representative, she set up a time to call me to discuss a job.
She was a no-show at the appointed time.
She wrote back to apologize and set up a second time to call me. Again, she was a no-show.
No response followed.
If Target doesn't want to hire me, fine. But this kind of rudeness is not called for.
