Overall, it was a really straightforward process. Apply early, because spots fill up quickly!

I met with Target at my school's career fair and was given the opportunity to attend their leadership symposium. After that, I was given a guaranteed interview, which happened in September.

I was surprised at how laid-back and nice everyone was. I had a very pleasant time interviewing.
