The phone interview consisted of questions about motivations for wanting a job at Target and about both personal and institutional goals.
They asked why I would want to leave my current job to take a position at Target and how that decision might be influenced.
The standard question seemed to be one about describing a situation in which I had a difficulty or a challenge and was able to work through it.
Another question was to describe how I would resolve a conflict with a co-worker.
