One of the worst interview experiences in my career. They shared the case study question one day before the interview. I had already built an MVP with all the requirements they mentioned before the interview day.

On the interview day, they called me after two hours for the discussion. We had a good discussion on the targeted system design and various components for this problem. I explained all the different modules to be built and platform details. The code walkthrough and demo also went well.

Later, I was shocked when HR informed me that I didn't clear this interview. I double-checked with HR whether she was referring to me.

The interviewer (not mentioning his name) really needs to step up to improve his interviewing skills. I'm not saying this because I was rejected; I'm saying this from my good experience on the other side (being an interviewer).

Please put more effort into improving the interviewing skills of panels. I saw the interviewer going through Facebook posts when he asked me to code an additional feature.
