Work ethics, work-life balance, facilities (like free food, spacious floors), company values, brand value, onshore cooperation, designation, career stream, work-from-home options, employee-friendly policies, and a good package.
Mixed work culture due to new management recruits from service-based organizations. More meetings than working hours make for less productivity. Frequent org changes, confused offshore management, and no clear direction for the company. Less transparency, and more managers without technical knowledge.
Do not try to impose radical changes just like that without knowing the impact. Ensure new managers adapt to Target's work culture rather than imposing their style of work.
