Currently, the worst is due to the CoE and the service delivery model. I need to work on multiple projects and also contribute to the CoE

- Have to work on multiple projects.
- Only CoE contribution is considered for hike and promotion, though the CoE is 10% and core job is 90%. The reporting structure in the Service Delivery Model is bad, as the hard work you put in on a project goes unnoticed.
Acknowledge, appreciate. Promotes people based on their core job, not on CoE activities. Do not play smart by extracting more work by assigning multiple projects with 30-40% allocation for each project.
