Pros

Good benefits, and now rolled out, you can get a free education. Peers will be your "work family".

Cons

Work every other weekend. Favoritism exists. Even if you outperform others, you have to work a minimum of 50 hours a week. There are too many "old-school" district, group, and region leaders who are stuck in their ways and do not adjust to the times. They do not move ETLs to more challenging roles. Yearly performances are typically 3-6% of your salary, with bonuses around 6% of your salary. If you try to hire an outstanding applicant, they will not let you pay them more (only $15 an hour), losing out on top applicants.
