Pros

It isn't difficult to just keep your head low, slide by, and not get hassled so long as you show up when scheduled.

Cons

This is an absolute, without question, terminal, final, dead end, and soul-sucking company that has no respect for team members. Consider it the indentured slavery of retail.

Advice to Management

Realize that profit margin is absolutely a critical component of business success, but not the absolute pinnacle of how a company should grade itself amongst peers.
