Great position, great people. I love it at Target
The people, and focus on leadership development. I really enjoy how much effort is put into developing leaders and management.
Pay could be better. Though that could be said for almost any job.
The hours are tough. Late nights and weekends can get old.
Also, angry guests are not the best.
Doing a great job. Stay engaged.
