Required to work 12+ hours a day.
Salaried, so asked to do more and more without the ability to deny.
Politics will define the work environment. Senior leadership will dictate what you must do without the ability to question.
"Turn them and burn them" mentality with regards to team members and leaders.
Target raises wages of team members and decreases payroll, and expects management to "figure it out." Take care of your leaders: the people who are running your business and making you money.
