Pros

For retail, the benefits are better than most.

There are also a lot of opportunities to do different jobs around the store and company.

Cons

The expectations of executive management in the store are impossible to meet.

With profits decreasing due to online sales, stores are still expected to increase sales and service while staffing hours are continuously being cut.

Advice to Management

Care for all levels of employees. Then, care for all guests. Pay isn't everything. Also, store goals need to be based on the store-specific demographics, not on the standard 5-mile radius.
