It can be a good place to work. The air conditioner is wonderful. The employees are great.
No one cares about you as a person. They group everyone together.
If you haven't got a college degree or if you are over a certain age, then they push you out the door, if you are in management.
I thought I could be with this company and retire with it, but it's a shame that the people that have been with the company for years, that helped grow the company, need to go.
They bring these people in who know nothing about retail, and just because they have the college degree. That is I suppose to be the most important thing for the company.
