I had three phone interviews, each one getting longer. You touch base with your recruiter throughout the whole process. I would say it is a fairly average interview.

Standard: Career fair, then invites for first round, then second rounds.

It was fairly straightforward. I had a phone call with HR for screening questions, then an actual interview with a store manager. All the questions were behavioral and situational, and the interviews were conducted online.
