Good leadership experience, and pretty much guarantees you a position when you graduate if you perform well. Great to put on a resume and good pay for a summer job!
If you are ready to handle retail and crazy hours, then this is for you. Also, this is not a desk job; you will be very hands-on.
Overall, a good experience. I just wish I could have been able to work in other departments that I actually saw a future in.
