Pros

Great Resume Builder: Work hard here to get a better job somewhere else.

Cons

Horrible Work/Life Balance

It's retail, so you will work weekends, 4 am shifts, and you can say good-bye to your holidays.

Politics

Promotion is based off of who can "present" themselves the best, not concrete performance measures. Kiss up to your District Leaders and you'll be fine.

Pay

When you really divide out as many hours as you work, you're not making that much.

Again, the good news is that if you kick butt working here, you can get hired anywhere else. Not a long-term job, but a great first experience.

Advice to Management

Improve work/life balance; have better checks and balances of who gets promoted.
