Target

Long but relatively easy, took about months till I was assigned a store. Two phone interviews with various recruiters and one Skype with a DTL. Several weeks, if not more, between them.

The interview process is different than most employers'. Target is looking for leaders, so anything you can say about past leadership experience is a plus.

There were three interviews. All of mine were done over the phone, but they do conduct in-person interviews. My first interview was with the recruiter. My next interview was with a store manager, and the last interview was with our district manager
