Pros

Seemingly better pay than other entry-level management jobs, but you will end up working more than expected. Your hourly team leads end up making more money than you per hour!

Cons

No scheduled or required lunch breaks, or breaks in general. You are required to stand in for any call-ins you received for the day, which there will be many of. You are expected to aid in all departments of the store, and you never get the time dedicated to scheduling or other managerial duties. I can go on and on about the issues here.

Advice to Management

Restructure these positions completely! Incentivize people to become a manager, rather than remain hourly.
